Welcome to our app (hereinafter referred to as "our app" or "we"). Our
app is developed and operated by Toolkitx & BingooKids. Before using our
app, please carefully read and agree to these Terms of Use (hereinafter
referred to as "this Agreement"). If you do not agree to any of the
terms of this Agreement, you should immediately stop using our app. If
you continue to use our app, it means that you have accepted and agreed
to this Agreement.
1. Use of our app
You can
directly use all or part of the functions and services of our app
without registering or creating an account.
When you use our app,
you should comply with laws and regulations, social morality, and the
provisions of this Agreement. You shall not use our app to engage in any
illegal or improper activities. If you violate the above requirements,
we have the right to suspend or terminate all or part of the functions
and services of our app to you.
When you use our app, you should
respect the intellectual property and legal rights of us and other
users. You shall not infringe, damage or abuse the content that we and
other users publish or use on our app. If you violate the above
requirements, we have the right to suspend or terminate all or part of
the functions and services of our app to you, and require you to bear
the corresponding responsibilities.
You should judge the risks and
bear the consequences yourself. We do not make any form of guarantee or
commitment to any content published or displayed on our app (including
but not limited to advertisements, recommendations, links, etc.).

Purchase of membership (applicable to apps that support membership)
You
can purchase a permanent membership through the in-app purchase function
of the Apple App Store to enjoy more features and services.
When
you purchase a membership, you should comply with the relevant rules and
terms of the Apple App Store and bear the payment costs yourself.
Once
you purchase a membership, you cannot cancel or refund it unless the
Apple App Store allows or requires you to do so.
After you purchase
a membership, you should use the membership functions and services
reasonably, and you shall not abuse, transfer, rent, lend or share it
with others. If you violate the above requirements, we have the right to
suspend or terminate the membership functions and services to you, and
require you to bear the corresponding responsibilities.

Intellectual property
We own and reserve all intellectual
property rights of our app and its related content (including but not
limited to software, code, icons, interface, text, pictures, videos,
audios, etc.), including but not limited to copyrights, trademark rights
and patent rights. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable,
revocable license to download, install and use our app and its related
content on the condition that you comply with this Agreement.

Disclaimer
We will try our best to ensure the stability,
security, reliability and timeliness of our app's services. However, due
to the complexity and uncertainty of Internet technology, we cannot
guarantee that our app will be free of interruptions, delays, errors,
omissions, or viruses. To the extent permitted by law, we are not
responsible for the following:
Issues with our app caused by force
majeure or other uncontrollable reasons;
Losses caused by your
device, network, or software;
Legal action by a third-party due to
intellectual property infringement when using our app;
Penalties
for violating this Agreement or relevant laws when using our app;
Errors
in your judgment or decisions made by relying on content in our app;
Disputes
with other users or third parties;
Guarantees or commitments to
any content in our app (advertisements, recommendations, links, etc.),
unless we explicitly agree otherwise.
Please use our app at your
own risk. We are only responsible for our app's services to the extent
required by law.
5. Dispute resolution
Disputes
should first be resolved through friendly negotiation. If that fails,
you agree to submit disputes to arbitration at the developer's location,
which is final and legally binding. Disputes will be governed by the
laws of the developer's location and submitted to courts in that
jurisdiction.
